Registrations for the Symposium are handled by the WSCM11 Organizing Committee, from the FCEC office in Barcelona.

 

Only online registration is possible through this web www.wscm11.cat. After registration you will receive a confirmation email.

 

 

REGISTRATION PERIODS AND OPTIONS

 

It is possible to register for the full Symposium (July 22-29), or a half: the first half (July 22-25), or the second half (July 26-29). One, two or three-days registration are not possible.

The registration fees for WSCM11 also vary according to 3 country groups, based on the United Nations’ Human Development Index - HDI list. The "human development index" is published by the United Nations. This index is not based on the economical situation only. Special rates for young people up to 27 years (they must have 27 years on 07/29/17) we offer the price of group. They will have to send a photocopy of the passport when the registration is completed.

 

Masterclass active and listener participants, supplement of € 50 (payable when the place is confirmed)

The discounts are not cumulative (a group of young people under 27 years pay as a group). 

Group prices only possible if the whole group participates in the same period.

 

 

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FOR WSCM11

 

Individual participants and groups:

 

• Participation in the Symposium program (36 conferences and seminars, more than 25 presentations…).

• Master Classes (participation as active student, limited to selected participants).

• Access to the CHORAL EXPO.

• Access to all the concerts of the WSCM11 (11 official concerts and other external concerts in the city).

• Open singing songbook.

• Program book.

 

Accompanying person:

 

• Access to the CHORAL EXPO.

• Access to all the concerts of the WSCM11.

• Open singing songbook.

• Program book.

 

 

IMPORTANT:

The WSCM11 Organizing Committee will do its utmost to run the Symposium as announced, nevertheless, changes in the program and schedule may occur and do not entitle the delegate to a fee reduction.

 

The final program with choirs, days and time of concerts and lectures will be available on the website. Once completed your registration, and when this information will be available, you will receive an e-mail to choose the conferences and masterclasses that you will attend.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

The payment of the registration is only possible by Credit Card or Debit Card. All payment must be in € (Euro). Payment of registration group will be made by transfer. Possible extra costs arising from the transfer shall be borne by the participant.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and JCB. We will need the following information:

• Complete card number.

• Complete name (Family name, given name and middle name) of the card holder.

• Expiration date.

• CVC Number (3 last digits on the back side of your credit card).

   

   

   

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

In case you have to cancel your registration, please send an email to the organization as soon as possible (wscm11@fcec.cat), with the reference of your inscription and payment for checking, and we will refund if necessary.

 

    a) Cancellation until December 31, 2016: 100% refund of the registration fee.

 

    b) Cancellation until May 31, 2017: 70% refund of the registration fee.

 

    c) Cancellation after June 1, 2017: 0%, no refund.

 

Once initiated the WSCM11 on 22 July 2017 the cancellation policies are extinct. There will be no refund for cancellations during de WSCM11, for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or unused entry tickets. Nor will be any amount refunded for non-attendance at events and concerts.

 

The organization is not responsible for the personal expenses of the participants not included in the above conditions.

 

The organization is not liable for items damaged or misled, and therefore recommends arrange a travel insurance.

 

 

 

ACCOMMODATION

 

Accommodation and meals are not included in the registration fees and are not the responsibility of the Organizing Committee. Participants will have to make their own arrangements. Barcelona is a popular tourist city and July is high summer season, for this reason it is advisable to make reservations as early as possible.
