L’organització del Simposi recau en dos Comitès que treballaran conjuntament però que realitzaran tasques especialitzades.
El Comitè Artístic està format per:
Ana Maria Raga (Veneçuela) com a representant de la IFCM
Ko Matsushita (Japó) com a representant de la IFCM
Junita van Dijk (Sud Àfrica) com a representant de la IFCM
Philip Brunelle (USA) com a representant de la IFCM
Xavier Baulies (CAT) com arepresentant de la FCEC
Raimon Romaní (CAT) com arepresentant de la FCEC
Josep Vila (CAT) com arepresentant de la FCEC
El Comitè Executiu està format per:
Michael J. Anderson (USA) com a representant de la IFCM
HåkanWickström (Finlàndia) com a representant de la IFCM
Rudolf de Beer (Sud Àfrica) com a representant de la IFCM
Montserrat Cadevall (CAT) com a representant de la FCEC
Lluís Gómez (CAT) com a representant de la FCEC

The organisation of the Symposium falls under two committees:
The Artistic Committee, comprised of Ana Maria Raga (Venezuela), Ko Matsushita (Japan), Junita van Dijk (South Africa) and Philip Brunelle (USA) as representatives of the IFCM, and Xavier Baulies, Raimon Romaní and Josep Vila, as representatives of the FCEC.
The Executive Committee, comprised of Michael J. Anderson (USA), HåkanWickström (Finland) and Rudolf de Beer (South Africa), on behalf of the IFCM, and Montserrat Cadevall, Lluís Gómez and Josep Antonio, on behalf of the FCEC.
