Del 10 al 15 de novembre el Simposi de Barcelona ha estat present a la World Choral Expo que es va celebrar a Macau, amb un stand propi, per fer promoció del Simposi i de Barcelona en aquesta nova activitat de la IFCM, en la que van participar 82 corals d’arreu del món.
From 10 to 15 November the Barcelona Symposium was present at the World Choral Expo held in Macau, with its own booth, to promote the Symposium and Barcelona in this new IFCM activity in which 82 choirs from all over the world took part.
Aquest és el nombre de cors que s’han inscrit per ser seleccionats per a participar com a cors convidats al Simposi de Barcelona. Cors d’adults, infantils, juvenils, femenins, d’homes, professionals, provinents de 46 països diferents d’arreu del món. Tot un èxit d’inscripció que farà difícil la tasca de seleccionar els millors cors al Comitè Artístic del Simposi!
This is the number of choirs that have applied to be selected to participate as guests in the Barcelona Symposium 2017. Adults, children, youth, women, men, professional, all kind of choirs from 46 different countries around the world. A success that will make very difficult the task of selecting the best choirs for the Artistic Committee of the Symposium!
Tot i que l’equip del Comitè Artístic ja s’havia reunit en dues ocasions per skype, i que ja fa mesos que treballen, els dies 7 i 8 de novembre es van reunir per primera vegada a Barcelona, a l’ESMUC. També van aprofitar per fer una visita als espais que allotjaran les activitats del Simposi a Barcelona: L’Auditori, ESMUC, Palau de la Música, Sagrada Família...
Although the team had already met twice through Skype, and is already working for months, on 7 and 8 November they met for the first time in Barcelona at the ESMUC. They also took the opportunity to visit the venues where the activities of the symposium will be held: L’Auditori, ESMUC, Palau de la Música, Sagrada Familia ...
